ARHS Digital is looking for an experienced Scrum Master/Functional Analyst to join one of its clients, a key player in the Belgian health insurance sector.

We are looking for a Scrum master who also has organizational skills and knows how to motivate and manage team members. In addition to the position of Scrum master, he/she also takes on the role of Functional Analyst within the team.

Context

Close collaboration between business and ICT in an Agile project mode.

Support from an Agile coach and Service Delivery Manager

Working in sprints of 10 working days

Daily standup to explain the status of the tasks to the team.

Organize demos and animate with business to be able to set up short feedback loops.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Scrum master

Coaching and supporting the team in further implementation of the Scrum methodology. i.e. organizing and leading all Agile ceremonies (stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, demos, story-mapping, ...) and managing the team with a view to qualitative and timely delivery of the project within the agreements and budget

Close day-to-day cooperation with POS

Team facilitation and proactive questioning

As an Analyst

Analyzing user stories regarding the services of applications, considering the requested functionalities from the business. This analysis is both functional (based on business requirements) and technical, in order to arrive at clear DevReady Jira tickets for the development team.

Ancillary tasks:
Assisting the tester in performing functional tests to validate the developed software

Assisting the developers in the development of the software.

Qualifications

Your profile:
Proactivity and a sense of responsibility are extremely important.

People management skills and "management by objectives" are indispensable

High "energy-level" and drive to grasp and finish things.

Enthusiasm, Persistence

Ability to motivate/inspire the team to go the extra mile.

Well organized and detail-oriented

Fluent in Dutch. Knowledge of French or English would be considered an asset

Technical skills:
Very strong and thorough functional and technical analysis skills within an OutSystems & Java environment.

Experience in working in an Agile environment and Scrum team.

Experience in analysis for test-driven development

Knowledge of OutSystems would be considered an asset
