The Data Office of AXA Belgium is looking for an Artificial Intelligence (AI) analyst to strengthen its "AI & Analytics Innovation" team.
The “AI & Analytics Innovation” team assists in the design of AI solutions that add value to the organisation. The team is responsible for the scoping and requirements analysis, formalising the business case and preparing Proof of Concept as well as the follow-up of the roll-out of new developments.
As AI analyst :
- You go in search of the right potential uses and applications of AI solutions that fit into the strategy of AXA;
- You organise workshops with the business in order to understand the processes and related challenges and to translate these into AI solutions that add value;
- You detect and quantify the opportunities, help the business teams with the ’scoping’ of the problem and forge a link with the AI & Analytics Solutions team that is responsible for the execution.
- You are an ambassador for Data and Artificial Intelligent: with a transparent and clear communication you help generate enthusiasm for the potential of data and AI, while creating realistic expectations;
- You work closely with the internal clients (all business units), Machine Learning developers, the IT department and the architects
Your Profile
As AI analyst, you have:
- A masters (quantitative or business field) and at least 3 years experience as business or functional analyst and a decided interest in data, technology and artificial intelligence
- A general knowledge of AI, Machine Learning and data analysis (knowledge of the insurance processes is a major advantage)
- Excellent command of French or Dutch and of English
You are:
- Result focused and proactive
- A good analytical and critical thinker
- Capable of identifying problems and developing solutions
- Enthusiastic about the opportunities offered by AI and technology and are prepared to stay abreast of the latest developments within the field
- Somebody with excellent communicative skills (both written and verbal)
- Autonomous and driven
