Description du poste

• You provide a functional and administrational support in the management of the assigned prequalification’s and tendering requests (European and International Business Unit) by compiling the required QHSE prequalification and/or tender documentation.
• You assist in the improvement of the prequal and tender support process.
• You participate in tender kick-off meetings.
• You analyze the clients QHSE requests for prequalification questionnaires and prepare the replies for internal review.
• You analyze the client QHSE documentation and QHSE prequal and tender requirements and prepare the replies for internal review.
• You coordinate with the Bid Manager in relation with the required QHSE documentation.
• You provide QHSE support and input to the Bid Manager during the tender process to ensure the development of the best possible bid.
• You prepare and compile the required QHSE tender documentation within the agreed deadlines.
• You transfer the QHSE tender documentation to the (project) HSE Advisor / (project) Quality Advisor for the obtained projects in order to ensure a smooth start-up phase of the new project.
• You assist in the continuous improvement of the question & answer tender database.
• You coordinate the tender and prequalification requests with the Tender and Prequalification officers.
• You assist in the continuous improvement of the prequal and tender support processes in coordination with the QHSE Business Support Manager.

Qualifications

• You can communicate and work in English, Dutch and French (oral and written).
• You are willing to work in Brussels.
• You are willing to learn and invest yourself in QHSE.
• You are self-motivated, showing flexibility, being innovative and promoting teamwork.
• You are an inquisitive person with an analytical mind, who can work in a structured way to multiple sequential deadlines.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• Experience as a Quality and/or HSE professional is a plus.
• International experience is a plus.
• Having been exposed to Oil and Gas clients QHSE requirements is a plus.
