About the role:

Do you know what it takes to be the best support to a Manager?

In this role, you will be assisting the Store Manager to manage all store operations such as sales, staff performance, store maintenance, visual merchandise, and everything else that concerns the store up to our standards, furthermore, you ensure that the commercial targets are met or even exceeded!

You know how to analyse and adjust KPIs and come up with creative ideas to become even bigger. And in the absence of the Store Manager, you know how to manage the shop temporarily and effectively under all circumstances - You lead by example!

Profile

Our ideal candidate:

Experience- You can fall back on a nice experience in retail, a minimum of 3 years, and are familiar with the ins and outs of a shop branch.

Commercial talent - selling is in your blood and you are result-driven. You strive for an optimal customer experience, always put the customer first and never lose sight of targets. You know how to analyze and respond to KPIs.

People Manager - you have at least 1 year of experience in managing a team

Pro-active - You like challenges and opportunities. With your enthusiasm, you can inspire others to do the same.

Eager to learn - You are open to feedback and actively work with it. You have the enthusiasm to learn things and gain new experiences. You look for opportunities and think along with us about the development of Sandro.

Flexibility - You will be working on a varying timetable. You are willing and able to work during the week, evening and on the weekend.
