he assistant store manager is responsible to assist the store manager in the daily direction of the store, in order to become a profitable store, within the predetermined budgets and has an exemplary role in the absence of the store manager. T

he job of the assistant store manager includes, but is not limited to, these following important tasks: Y

  • ou assist in achieving sales plans. Y
  • ou provide customers with an excellent shopping experience. You provide special and inspiring service beyond customer expectations and maintain a loyal and personal approach. Y
  • ou apply required sales standards and use up-to-date technical product knowledge to increase sales. Y
  • ou assist in training, coaching, motivating, developing and retaining staff. Y
  • ou follow guidelines related to store opening and closing, dress code, hygiene, health and safety, money matters, etc. Y
  • ou ensure a pleasant and clean store floor with nicely presented and correctly priced products. Y
  • ou assist in managing inventory. Y
