Skills, knowledge, experience required:
  • A good general secondary education;
  • At least 3 years relevant experience;
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record for vehicles in the following categories: vehicles up to 8 passengers and vehicles with small trailers.
Desirable:
  • Working knowledge of motor pool operations;
  • Experience in supply/inventory operations;
  • Training in First Aid at work.
Duties/role:
  • Managing NCI Agency vehicle assets, ensuring that inspections and maintenance are carried out, and that all insurance papers and other documentation are current;
  • Advising the Senior Administrator Supply, Travel, and Transport when a vehicle is required to be out of regular service;
  • Maintaining transport statistics for Agency vehicles, including mileage, petrol use, maintenance issues, costs, and producing monthly reports.
