The ideal candidate will have well developed skills in the following areas:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and IOS operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common business software applications.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and other domain administration tools (AD, Azure/Entra, Intune/AutoPilot, SCCM, CyberArk, etc.)
  • Experience with remote support software (Bomgar)
  • Knowledge of VOIP technologies and software (Cisco Unified Call Manager/Jabber)
  • ITIL frameworks and Incident logging systems (ServiceNow).
  • PrinterLogic & SafeQ or other printer management platforms
  • Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Customer-centric attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Excels in collaborative team environments while also demonstrating the ability to work independently with equal effectiveness.

What You’ll Need

  • Demonstrable years of IT experience including technical customer support role.
  • Fluent Dutch, French & English
  • Physical residence in Belgium (Ypres)
