Description de la fonction

The nature of the most relevant but not exhaustive tasks is:

Follow-up of the IT dimensions (Hardware, software, and connectivity) of a number of Europa Experience projects in the Member States
Participation to the project coordination meetings, inter-services coordination and follow up.
Support to the project team, composed of a senior Project Manager, an IT specialist and an IT assistant.
Support to the IT specialist in the preparation of the Hardware list for a given project, follow up with the contractors and project stakeholders

Description du profil

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience
Experience in the following technologies, communication areas and digital communication
Knowledge and experience in media planning and IT infrastructure design, in particular as concerns digital and audio-visual products;
Ability and proven experience in developing and implementing complex IT/AV projects;
Willingness to keep up to date with the latest trends in exhibition and museum technologies;
Experience with the management of contracts in the field of IT or network infrastructures;
Strong coordination and analytical skills, experience in team working and ability to promote shared solutions to facilitate team working;
Strategic thinking and understanding of business needs;
Excellent, skilled and enthusiastic communication;
Ability to cope with fast-changing requests and deliver on tight deadlines
Proven capability of working in an international/multicultural environment;
Experience in coordinating communication projects.
