A renowned international company, active in the energy sector, is currently looking to add a back-office assistant to their team in the Brussels-region. Are you well-organised, detail oriented and able to juggle multiple projects at once? Then don’t hesitate to read the rest of this job description!The Back-Office Assistant Will Be Responsible For
- Managing the relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
- Processing the confirmations of energy transactions that were made by the front-office
- Invoicing customers monthly
- Simulating the monthly closing accruals
- Handle the reconciliation of outgoing invoices with incoming supplier invoices.
- Prior experience in a back-office role or similar function within an international organisation is a clear asset
- Excellent knowledge of English and French, Dutch is a plus
- Strong Excel and MS Office is a plus
