A renowned international company, active in the energy sector, is currently looking to add a back-office assistant to their team in the Brussels-region. The Back-Office Assistant Will Be Responsible For
  • Managing the relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
  • Processing the confirmations of energy transactions that were made by the front-office
  • Invoicing customers monthly
  • Simulating the monthly closing accruals
  • Handle the reconciliation of outgoing invoices with incoming supplier invoices.
Profile Of Back-Office Assistant
  • Prior experience in a back-office role or similar function within an international organisation is a clear asset
  • Excellent knowledge of English and French, Dutch is a plus
  • Strong Excel and MS Office is a plus
