Job Description

Thanks to your hosting skills, our guests will enjoy a wonderful stay. As well as coordinating and managing the bar team, in cooperation with the department manager, you will also be responsible for:

  • Looking after and advising guests in the Motel One Lounge, as well as all associated tasks
  • Contributing to achieving the Motel One Lounge sales budget
  • Providing a seamless, rapid service
  • Shared responsibility for conducting internal coaching, cross-trainings and onboarding Bar staff
  • Ordering food, beverages and spirits for the bar areas and take inventory at the end of the month

Qualifications

Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:

  • Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry or be looking for a change of career
  • Enjoy developing employees – and ideally have some management experience
  • Be open and communicative and have hosting skills, as well as a passion for the hotel industry
  • Be flexible and creative and have an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situations
  • Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
