Benelux Trade Marketing Project Manager

Club Med Benelux is are currently looking for a Benelux Trade Marketing Project Managerto join theBruxelles team.

Purpose of the position

The Trade Marketing Project drivesBenelux Sales through the marketing of Club Med brand & products to Sales teams (Sales rep, travel agents and Club Med Voyages agencies) & constant support of the Sales Teams.

He/she defines, coordinates, and implements the Trade Marketing Strategy in support of the company’s strategic goals and revenue targets.

He/she belongs to the Marketing team while closely collaborating with the Commercial team.

Market:

Belgium (French & Flemish)

Main missions

Mission 1 :

Coordinate Club Med presence in the Trade Market through the roll out of Partner networks & CMV marketing plans

Animate and update on a daily basis the BtoB website

Mission 2 :

Animate Club Med product key sells and benefits through creative and impactful communication(E-mailing, Social, incentives, trainings, presentations…)

Mission 3 :

Provide relevant support & tools to the sales team (CMV, Travel agencies) to support Benelux business included the development and the implementation of BtoBtoC tools

• Animation and organization of BtoB and BtoC events
• Organization and coordination of Eductour
• Development and coordination of the CMV Merchandising.

Profile requested

• Education:Master’s degree in marketing or communications or equivalent
• Job experience:2-4 years’ experience in a similar position or in marketing/sales with both offline/online experience
• Advanced copywriting & editing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of Powerpoint & Excel, Simple CMS, Pardot CRM tool, Social networks. InDesign / Photoshop and HTML are a bonus
• Digitally savvy
• Genuine passion and in-depth understanding of the marketing & tourism field
• Energetic, attentive to detail, strong business acumen, results-orientated.
• Able to multitask, fast working, proactive.
• Creativeness, problem solving
• Reactive to market trends & promotions
• Flemish speaking is a strong asset
