About the job

We are looking for a business analyst consultant to deep dive into the complex business challenges of our clients. You work full-time for one of our clients, helping them identify digital opportunities and translate them into tailor-made products and services. As a business analyst….

• You help identify and define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering technical and non-technical information.
• You coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to translate their needs into business requirements.
• Once you understand the issue, you outline detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the solution meets those business requirements.
• You cooperate closely with software developers and provide them with clear and structured analysis.
• You identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impact.
• You play a key role in the interaction between the end users of various software products and the IT division. You produce workshops, train users, and facilitate communication between the business and the IT teams during the project delivery phase;
• You ensure follow-up of developments and end-to-end solutions within the projects

You are the perfect fit if…

• You have a masters in computer science, civil engineering, industrial engineering, business engineering, bioscience engineering, or a field of economics
• You have minimum 3 years of working experience in a business analyst role within a consultancy environment, a digital product studio and/or a project-based company
• You can communicate and present information clearly and concisely, providing regular status updates on projects and issues
• You are passionate about digitalization and tech
• You speak Dutch and/or English fluently
• You possess an analytical mind, work in a structured approach and have the flexibility to quickly adapt in case of unexpected changes in priority
