Business Analyst - Brussels

Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Business Analystfor a permanent position based in Brussels.

Our client is a fast growing company active in the pharmaceutical sector.

As Business Analystyou will be responsible for:

• Develop market analyses and reports;
• Set up commercial analyses and help the Commercial team with sales information;
• Deliver business insights, analyze performance, and generate KPI reports for the commercial department;
• Enhance existing data reports for the commercial department;
• You perform testings and validate data sets;
• You create statistical models that depict company-wide trends;
• You manage master data, including creation, updates, and deletion;
• Help the commercial department regulating and automating the commercial tools;
• Develop new BI-tools to facilitate the decision-making process for the long term;
• You collaborate with several departments to determine and address data and report needs for various company projects and stakeholders;
• You process confidential data and information according to guidelines.

The required profile for the Business Analystposition:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, information technology, or related field preferred or equivalent through experience;
• You have least 2 years of experience in a business analyst role or similar;
• You have strong analytical skills, and you focus on details;
• You speak and write fluently English. Other languages are an asset;
• You have an advanced knowledge of Excel and eagerness to learn business analytics tools;
• You can connect and effectively collaborate across diverse business departments. (Marketing/Sales/Business intelligence);
• You have a structured approach for analysis, and you have project management mind-set;
• Driven by results & excellence in the job, you have the attitude to make things happen;
• Strong analytical mindset with a high level of autonomy. Experience in driving analytical projects is a strong asset;
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
