We are now looking for a junior Business Analyst, who will support our marketing and growth strategies, and ensure that our sales pipeline is always full of qualified leads for our sales reps. You will work closely with our Head of Marketing, our digital marketer and our Head of Sales & BusDev

Responsibilities & Missions:

* Learning and executing proven processes to generate new sales opportunities for our Account Executives

* Upgrading your competencies and expertise in everything related to lead generation and inbound marketing

* Mapping the organizational structure, people and existing technologies of potential customers or partners and if necessary make the first contact

* Working closely with the team to ensure our sales funnel is maintained and optimized

* Optimisation of inbound process and CRM optimisation (using hubspot)

Interview high-level executives and address objections where appropriate

* Using internal tools to track your activities and update our CRM with relevant information for our Account Executives

* Support the development and planning of marketing strategies

* Help us to execute and track cross-channel campaigns

* Translate data into actionable insights

* Handle co-marketing actions with our channel partners to generate more leads

About You :

* You have a positive attitude and are passionate about helping customers be satisfied

* Naturally curious, eager to learn, and want to build a career in tech sales

* Driven, motivated and result oriented coupled with a great work ethic

* A strong desire to continuously develop and grow their skills

* You are able to write a good email, not being shy to answer the phone and being jovial

* A good listener, can categorize new leads based on multiple criteria and catch the most important information

* Master of efficiency, highly organized, and love using technology to get things done quickly

* You are independent and thriving in a fast paced and dynamic environment

* You have a business, sales, marketing or customer service background

* English, (French, German and Dutch are a plus)
