About Talan

In the context of several group and bank wide transformation programs, we arelooking for an analyst to help the RISK function in improving the data quality of the outsourcing register and in verifying / improving the risk management of the outsourcing arrangements.

The officer, under the direction of the RISK ORM function and where relevant in collaboration with the operating departments, assists in verifying the outsourcing register and supporting information compared with the standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Analysethe data and information provided (Outsourcing register - contract information - ...) and identify methods and opportunities to streamline, simplify and strengthen;
• Presentconclusions and improvement proposals to the management and permanent control functions
• Implementthose methods in collaboration with the different LoD1 and LoD2 stakeholders;
• Performsgap analysis and assists in establishing and control execution enhancement tracks.

Qualifications

• You have a master degree
• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience
• You have a first experience withOperational Risk Management/ Framework (from LOD1 or LOD2);
• You have good knowledge of theoperational risks elements of a Banking environment;
• You have experience is developing and maintaining policies & procedures;
• You have skillsin project management, project lifecycle and project methodology.

Languages: You have strong written and spoken communication skills in English and French OR Dutch
