We are looking for a Business Analyst or SAP SD Business Key User.

As SAP SD Business Key User you will be part of the project cell within the Customer Service Team of the division Flooring.

In this role you will be responsible for the analysis and optimization of our business processes, based on business requirements and best practices. You are in contact with our customer service departments locally and abroad and you are responsible for the prioritization of issues logged, the testing and implementation. You write and maintain sales procedures and provide training to end-users.

You will be involved in improvement and integration projects and align therefore with the different stakeholders. Together with your manager you define the scopes of new projects. Based on the analysis of the project you make a realistic plan and you are first in line for the execution of that plan, from analysis over proposing solutions and testing to the final implementation and follow-up. You work closely with other departments such as IS, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales.

Profile
  • You have preferably a master’s degree with relevant experience as SAP SD key user, preferably in larger international production environments.
  • You have a keen interest in sales and customer service and process optimization
  • You combine strong analytical skills with an on-hands approach
  • You can work independently but you also like to work in team
  • You have strong communication skills
  • You work pro-active and you are a real problem-solver
  • You are IT savvy
  • You have a customer-oriented mindset
  • You are willing to travel (limited +- 2 weeks/year)
  • You speak fluently Dutch and English.
