Working as a Business Analyst at The Master Labs
We are looking for an experienced, top-class business andfunctional analyst/business architect/product managerto join our young and enthusiastic team.
We are a funorganization, but we are really serious about becoming the best in our business. In order for you to help us achieve that, we need you to be really good at what you do and really be motivated to learn the things you are not good at.
At The Master Labs, you will be given the chance to help organizations both on a strategic and operational level by analyzing and optimizingtheir business, services, and products. You will get to work in an organization that lives and breathes the methods you are passionate about, such as BPMN, ER, UML, etc¿ Having experience with project management approaches is a plus.
In addition, since we are a company that thrives on innovation, and innovation often requires supporting software, it helps if you are acquainted with software development approaches and software development technologies.
As an analyst or architect or product manager, your job will be to help organizations improve, either by enhancing the organization itself using process managementor related techniques or by analyzing requirements for new software.
Besides your job as a business analyst, every consultant at The Master Labs is regularly a coach and teacher. You are responsible for building and maintaining knowledge and helping your colleagues grow in several domains of your choice. In collaboration with the e-learning platform The Master Channel, we also developonline courses. These courses can also be given in-house to customers and partners through our own TML Academy.

These skills will help you land this job
- You are verbally strong.
- Knowledge of UML, ER, DMN, BPMN, SBVR, Enterprise Architecture.
- More than 2 years of experiencein a similar position.
- You should be fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
