Job Purpose:

The Business Analysis Manager BELUX is the strategic business partner in the BELUX LOC providing proactive market intelligence support and advice to the different Departments.

The Business Analysis Manager will support the product strategy and tactics by delivering the right market intelligence analyses (through reports on key metrics and data) measuring the performance), performing proactive ad hoc analyses (e.g. reallocation of resource, deep dive report, stakeholder mapping,…) and delivering market research output.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Business Analysis Manager BELUX, you’re responsible for the following domains :

Performance management
  • Support, monitor and proactively strengthen the business performance through business reports/dashboards
    • Monitor progress of strategy execution across the different Business Unit.
    • Perform competitors analysis for promoted products to evaluate competitiveness in specific therapeutic areas.
    • Set up, operate and continuously improve LOC Performance Management System with clear & aligned KPIs (Lead & lag KPI),
    • Support the appropriate Performance dialogues (in cooperation with Finance, medical & commercial).
    • Provide proactive improvements & challenge the LOC to improve their local Performance Management Systems.
    • Ensure to provide accurate reports to the sales organization for both national & regional performance analysis as well as input for the Sales Business Plan.


  • Provide the right tools to monitor performance
    • Proactively look at alternative for performance management system to continuously improve report, embed new tools in commercial department.
    • Provide training & support to different departments with regards of performance management & tools related.
Sales Force Incentive
  • Close collaboration with Finance team to develop SFI target proposals.
  • Be the link with third party to maintain the SFI process and SPZ tool.
Market Research
  • Ensure the collection and analysis of market information to identify trends and advise commercial management with timely and accurate reports at national and regional level.
  • Coordinate and supervise market research that are answering to the formulated problem definition and makes the analysis possible, both nationally and internationally.
Data provider
  • Liaise with third party to get qualitative & quantitative data, design market research or any other services.
  • Management of contracting with third party and negotiation of offer.

  • Bachelor or University degree or equivalent experience in Commercial, Business administration or Business Finance
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial setting
  • Knowledge in modelling
  • Strong knowledge of Access, Excel, Power point, SAP, Veeva CRM, PBI…).
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in change management
  • Strong proactive business acumen
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and being able to provide support & challenge
  • Good networker
  • Strong performance management skills
