Cronos Utilities – the Utilities division of the Cronos Group - is hiring a Business Consultant. We focus on providing expert business knowledge to our Utilities clients. The team consists of domain experts with knowledge and background in different areas of the utility landscape.

Your role

As Business Consultant you support the growth and success of the Cronos Utilities practice. You can do this in multiple ways;

  • Guide & advise our Utility Clients with sector knowledge
  • Support the sales process with functional expertise in providing solutions
  • Knowledge sharing within our Team, being a domain lead.
This will give you the opportunity to have a diverse role being part of an entrepreneurial team.

Your profile

  • You have a solid (at least 5 yrs) experience in the Utilities sector (consulting or business)
  • You have a deep understanding of business processes management techniques (six sigma, lean, balanced scorecards, etc.)
  • You demonstrate good knowledge of product and industry knowledge
  • You are able to support business development and take responsibilities in larger projects
  • You are a real team player, both with your colleagues at Cronos and the client team
  • You are proactive and a team player with strong consulting skills (communication, facilitation, conceptualization, networking, …)
  • You possess very good writing, presentation and facilitation skills
  • You are flexible and open to change
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch and French
  • You are eager to build and coach a team of junior consultants and show clear thought leadership
  • You possess specific Utilities experience in one or more MIG processes:
  • Settlement (Allocation, Reconciliation, Infeed)
  • Metering
  • Gridfee
  • Structuring
  • Rectification
