For our client, a family run and controlled investment holding company, Robert Half is looking for a Business Controller(H/F/X).

Our client is located in Leudelange and mainly active in Private Equity asset management industry. It is a family size company (about 60 people) with offices located in Luxembourg, Brussels, Singapour. The future Business Controller will have the opportunity to join a talented team with a main in contributing to the investment controlling activities. You will have frequent interactions with the investment and finance team.

In your role, your responsabilities are :

  • You participate in bi-annual valuation processes
  • You are responsible for organizing meetings with the team
  • You will liaise and coordinate with auditors and advisors on valuation memos
  • You prepare and review internal reporting
  • You are in charge of the data quality review and coordination of the reporting process
  • You collect data and follow up on the key events
  • You report to the group business controller team on a weekly basis
  • You will provide support in preparing board meetings
  • You prepare investments reviews with the team
  • You collect data and analysis of performances

As Business Controller, your qualifications are:

  • You have a master’s degree in business
  • You have minimum 3years of experience in corporate finance / Audit
  • Experience in Valuation is MANDATORY
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have experience in managing large investment projects
  • You have an accurate and result driven personality with an out-of-the-box mentality
  • You have well developed communication skills and you are customer focused
  • You are solution-orientated and are able to work in a multi-cultural environment
