A world leader active in the FMCG sector is looking for a Business Controller to be part of their growth.

You will be in charge of the entity located in Brussels and implement some new processes and have the leading role for the whole implementations, you will overview and manage the business and have an insight into the performance and perspective of the business.

You will work at the company level, where you can make an impact through the business unit. Besides this, you will have the opportunity to work for one of the top 10 worldwide companies within the FMCG sector.

  • From controlling, you monitor the results based on financial analyses and input from the various operational departments and are the first point of contact.
  • You are in charge of the monthly closings and are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses.
  • You review the operational and financial KPIs and advise on timely adjustments where needed.
  • You will analyze differences between actuals and budget figures, deviations will be reported and discussed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • You speak French and/or Dutch and have a good knowledge of English.
