Currently we are looking for a Business Process Manager for Finance who will be based at our HQ in Mortsel.

As Business Process Manager for Finance, you are responsible for evaluating, designing, executing, measuring, monitoring and controlling business processes across Finance with focus on end to end processes (Purchase to Pay, Order to cash, Record to Report). To do so, you collaborate and work closely with business stakeholders (management and users) and ICS team in a worldwide scope.

Content of the function

Business Process Improvement & Support

  • You design processes to fulfill business needs and goals of the business
  • You work closely with the business managers and process owners in order to identify improvement as well as achieve standardization and simplification of the business processes
  • You ensure processes are properly documented and kept up -to-date
  • You detect training needs, propose and conduct training sessions in a train-the-trainer model
  • You support the organization in Change Management

Project Implementation:

  • You act as a “Business Analyst” in the implementation of systems projects (mostly in SAP) in the Blueprint, Realization, Testing, Cutover and Hypercare phases
  • You take responsibility for the project delivery for Finance
  • You make the bridge between the business requirements and the systems solutions
  • You collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements including business process flows
  • You assist in developing a business case for an implementation project.
  • You organize requirements and validation workshops to deliver an approved business blueprint.
  • You organize and conduct training sessions for the key users.
  • You organize user acceptance testing and monitor progress.

Business Requirements Management:

  • You capture application related business requirements
  • You work together with the IT application manager to translate the business requirements in enhancements or projects
  • You assign priorities to the change requests and projects together with the IT application manager You safeguard the integrity of business requirement in application enhancements and projects

Profile

  • You have a master degree in business administration or equivalent through experience
  • You have an in depth knowledge of the FI/COPA modules in SAP as key user. Knowledge of other financial applications in a broader context is considered a plus.
  • You can prove a minimum of 5 years experience in business process analysis
  • You have experience with business processes in the domain of Finance
  • You can prove change management skills related to the implementation of business processes.
  • You have training skills to conduct both class room as remote training sessions.
  • You can work independently and can plan and manage your work within a “multi tasking” environment.
  • You aim for a high level of quality.
  • You are highly motivated and eager to learn new skills.
  • You are fluent in English, both in writing and orall
