Your Responsibilities:

As a Business Support Services Assistant, you will manage administrative tasks for Pharma stakeholders, following processes, performing in due time and in respect of ethical standards

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…
  • Ensure appropriate treatment following processes of all kinds of requests addressed BSS, related to:
  • Finance (Ariba PR/PO creation and follow-up, request vendor creation/change, P2P tickets help-desk…)
  • PR/PO related to healthcare professionals (HCP) and Healthcare Organizations (HCO), contracts and agreements.
  • Content Lab tasks
  • Support on verification sponsoring contracts.
  • This list is not exhaustive, and activities can be added/removed in function of business needs.
  • Interact with stakeholders in the organisation as a partner to understand and improve business requests.
  • Pro-actively propose new/adapted wow for internal BSS processes.
  • Office supplies: stock and support for field force teams to send some material.
Why you?

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • You have experience in admin support, with ability to quickly understand pharma environment and processes.
  • You have an excellent command of both English and French. A good knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset.
You have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience or equivalent by experience
  • You have advanced IT skills to include Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel, use of inter- and intranet and SAP
  • Demonstrable experience in providing secretarial support to senior leadership (CEOs, CBO’s etc and their Admins) and Academia via e-mail, phone and face to face
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail, including ability to handle complex travel arrangements and organise cross-site events
  • Assertively, diplomacy, empathy, positivity
  • Resilient
  • Flexible and able to quickly adapt to stakeholders and new ways of working.
  • Integrity, rigor, proactivity
