To support the further development & growth, BergHOFF Creations is actively looking for a BUSINESS UNIT COORDINATOR;

Business coordinators make companies run smoother. As the name implies, theycoordinate efforts to help the flow of business operations. Different departments depend on them to be a central source of information and to keep each functional team up-to-date on the activities of the others.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Business Unit Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the daily operations, workflow, data analysis, and assisting with compliance regulations at different levels. The Business Unit Coordinator will work closely with the different functional teams: sales, purchase, graphic design, logistics, quality, It and administration. He/she will play a lead rolewith collecting, analyzing, interpreting data, and assisting with team projects. He/she will routinely evaluate performance and lead/participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Whenever needed, he/she will step in and assist in daily operational tasks, reinforcing the team¿s output.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Act as primary partner and point of contact on overall performance, status and anticipates potential risks. Act as escalation point for issues or challenges that emerge from functional teams. Develop and implement of proactive mitigation plans should metrics and trends require action.


2. Develop activation plan and routinely attends project meetings


3. Collaborate closely with the functional and operational teams and stay current on the priorities, goals and expectations, always working towards maximal customer satisfaction.

4. Develop, monitor, and implement projects designed to improve group efficiency, communication, and customer satisfaction


5. Provide guidance and routinely collaborate with functional teams around the prioritization and re-prioritization of activities associated to the projects


6. Function as administrative support and help in daily operations dealing with order processing, logistics and overall coordination.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a pragmatic individual who enjoys getting involved in the business at all

levels and across all disciplines. Broad-based cross-functional experienceis important.

  • Must demonstrate excellence in project managementand effectively managing multiple projects/priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule
  • Creative thinking ¿ The Business Unit Coordinator should possess the ability to develop and create new ideas, systems, and relationships for the success of the company
  • Decision makingskills: He/she should have the ability to analyze information and evaluate results in order to make the best decision in solving problems
  • Planning skills: ¿ The manager should have the ability to develop specific plans and goals to help in accomplishing tasks efficiently
  • Ability to tackle complaints and resolve disputes and conflicts
  • Motivating skills: The Business Unit Coordinator should be able to encourage and build team spirit among staff, bringing about mutual respect and cooperation
  • He/she must have pleasant personality and display managerial and leadership abilities
