About the Challenge

About the opportunity We are looking for a Business/Functional Analyst who will play a critical role in capturing business requirements, and more importantly, translating them into scalable functional requirements. You’ll play an important role in performing functional testing, managing budgets and timesheets, providing production support, writing user guides and delivering trainings, as well as managing project end-to-end project reporting. You’ll help plan, coordinate and follow-up on team projects underway, ensuring all roadblocks are removed or escalated as needed.

Your Skills

You have an eye for efficiency, a passion for business analysis and a proven track record for managing end-to-end digital transformation. You’re ambitious, seek out opportunity and have a genuine curiosity that grows your understanding of projects. You have a strong command of operational, process, financial and customer data to optimize performance and business results.
  • B.A. in Information Technology or Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of project analysis experience
  • Experience building analyses and models based on requirements
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Building a set of methodologies, processes and tools that can be standardized
  • Explaining technical limitations to business users
  • Building relationships with cross-functional teams across the company
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Analytical, driven to produce high-quality work and has balanced technical and business acumen
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Jira) a bonus
  • Basic functional knowledge of Java or angular a bonus
  • Knowledge of a production environment a bonus
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
