  • The Role:

Your are working in a development team for e transmissions. Your main goal will be to reach the best calibration balance for the assigned applications. Next to that you facilitate the continual improvement and give onsite customer support when needed.

You will:
  • Be responsible for managing the calibration package assigned to you.
  • Support on validating controls strategies with experimenting with the different degrees of freedom and validate different driving scenarios.
  • Work in a state of the art environment.
  • Work in an agile team with a result oriented mindset.
  • Work together with different disciplines to solve possible roadblocks.

  • Requirements:

We are not looking for the candidate that ticks all the boxes, but if you find yourself in the following sentences then we would be glad to have a chat with you!
  • Master in Automotive, Electro-Mechanical or Electronics Engineering with a strong interest for automotive
  • Decent Automotive background/interest
  • Analytical mindset, perseverance, goal-oriented are essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • You are not afraid of problems, you just like to solve them
  • You are independent and systematic
  • You have a flexible attitude and are willing to travel
  • Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink, C/C++ and powertrain dynamics are a big asset.
