As Central Planner you must deliver production plans for formulation/filling or major formulation/filling site on a monthly basis.

The Central Planner will deliver accurate production plan on time by mastering capacity for each factory within agreed regulatory guidelines and stock requirements.

The Central Planner Is The One Who Ensures
  • plans and capacity with factories
  • prepare scenario planning and participate to SRMs.
  • monitors site performance and capacities
These Responsibilities Include Some Of The Following

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.
  • to deliver correct production plan on time
  • Ensure that production plan is in line with customer demand
  • Integrate other production demands in the plan (validation, new products, consistency batches, ...)
  • Ensure that production plan is in line with previous production step availability
  • Apply priorities from the product teams to prioritize products to be produces
  • Level the demand over 3-24 months period
  • Identify gaps between production demand and capacity, find solutions with local planners or escalate to GSRM
  • Ensure decisions from previous SRM meeting are implemented
  • Control execution of plan by operations
  • Integrate non-commercial demand in the plan
  • Liaise with the Process flow Management team in order to align short term and mid-term actions
  • Analyze capacity and monitor demonstrated capacity
  • Ensure trust is present between MPU’s and central planning
  • Manage planning & production master data
  • Ensure global final containers and final pack inventories accuracy
  • Manage potential changes of plans in frozen horizon (except pack level)
  • Continuous Improvement

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • Master’s degree
Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in supply chain management or related operational job
  • a good knowledge of supply chain management as well as good knowledge of site planning
  • a strategic approach to develop long term planning processes/capabilities customized to a given manufacturing network.
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to process large amounts of data
  • Demonstrated computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP systems)
