Context
It is the ambition within Sales to grow OutBound Sales – Back End (OBS) to become the largets Sales Channel within the organization. Big production, good quality and reasonable CPA. We need to copy/integrate the Essent-knowledge and axpertise and take it to the Luminus Level of proesionalisme and quality
The Channel Manager OBS strives for flawless processes as well as uninterupted production ensuring enough quality-data-inflow, up to date tooling and reporting and the construction and close monitoring of an OBS Dashboard. Communication and steering towards colleagues within the team, communication and collaboration with other departments.
Tasks
As Channel Manager OBS, Back End, you work in close collaboration with the Channel Manager OBS responsible for the front end of the Outbound activities, the Campaign Manager OBS and the Sales Manager OBS to whom you will report.
OBS or Outbound Sales is a Team within Sales B2C, part of Retail within Luminus.
As Channel Manager OBS, back end, you are responsible for:
- The day-to-day management of our Outbound Sales Campaigns to achieve the set targets (quantity and quality) within the foreseen budget.
- You will generate and control the dataflows and data handling for all OBS partners. You will constantly explore the market and benchmark our data providers to optimize data budget, data quality and conversion rates.
- You will manage the Steam environment (call software) or equivalent
- You will manage the Salesdock environment (offering and contracting tool) or equivalent
- You will generate and provide a dashboard on OBS activity and results for internal communication and follow up
- You will coordinate with marketing on communication and traffic generation
- You will be responsible for forecasting for all OBS Sales Partners
- You will be an ambassador for the brand defending at best the interests of the company throughout the OBS Sales Network.
- Min. 3 years experience in a contact center environment
- Knowledge of : for ex : MS Office, optional: Salesdock, Steam, SalesForce, Qlick
- Communicative, very good presentation skills, networker/ team player, proactive and purposeful attitude
