Craftzing Group is a rapidly expanding company, projected to exceed 200 employees in 2024. Our organic growth and strategic acquisitions demand a skilled, flexible, boots-in-the-mudChief Financial Officer to guide our financial trajectory. As a CFO at Craftzing and its subsidiaries, you will play a pivotal role in our financial decision-making process, providing strategic financial insights to management and the board.


What you’ll do

  • Implement and manage the financial strategy of the company.
  • Prepare budgets, reports & forecasts in collaboration with the management team.
  • Oversee consolidated results across all entities.
  • Lead financial integrations of new acquisitions.
  • Manage financial controls, accounting, and focus on cash flows.
  • Develop and supervise the finance- and accounting team. Strong accounting experience, specifically with Exact Online is expected.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential risks.
  • Propose action plans to achieve annual financial goals.
  • Manage and adjust corporate financing.
  • Ensure speed and accuracy in invoicing and payments to clients.
  • Coordinate and oversee all tax-related documentation.

You’re Craftzing-material when

  • You have over 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role.
  • You’re a resolute digital thinker with advanced business- and financial controlling skills and experience with digital platforms.
  • You focus on what’s essential: providing financial clarity, actionable insights and incremental improvements.
  • You possess excellent soft skills and communication capabilities, and be a valuable part of the management committee.
  • You have preferably worked in ’people business’ sectors and align culturally with Craftzing’s values.
  • You have a boots-in-the-mudmentality.
