Do you want to play a key role in the success of our customers? As a Customer Success Officer, you’ll be part of our extensive Customer Services Team (in Louvain-La-Neuve or Berchem) You are proactive and anticipate potential challenges that our customers may face when using our products. Your expertise extends to our products, including Strada lex, Taxwin, Mijn tips & advies, and more. You enjoy sharing this in-depth knowledge with our customers, thereby contributing to optimal customer relationships.

Your role

• After purchase, you guide and support customers in the optimal use of their online tools. If customers have questions about product features or commercial aspects, you are their first point of contact. You assess precisely how you can further assist them.

• Your responsibilities include registration, logging in, resolving first-level technical issues, guiding customers in the use of our websites, and providing product training.

• As a guide for onboarding new customers, you respond quickly and leave nothing to chance.

• You follow up on customer files and gauge their satisfaction. If necessary, you make adjustments and communicate internally to find forward-looking solutions.

• You provide verbal and written support to Dutch-speaking customers.

• Customer satisfaction is your top priority. You actively maintain contact with existing customers, encourage the use of our products, and ensure that they are utilized to their fullest potential.

• When complaints are received, you see this as an opportunity to make the customer happy again.

Your profile

• Preferably, you have a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience in a similar role. You are communicatively strong and have a passion for customer service.

• Dutch-speaking with a good knowledge of English. French is an advantage.

• You have an eye for detail and are solution-oriented.

• A positive attitude and proactive approach are essential for success in this role.
