**Clinical Site Manager- Small Biotech- Hainaut, Belgium (Hybrid role)**

Planet Pharma are working with a small biotech company who are looking for a Clinical Site Manager to join their team working on a very promising oncology pipeline.

This company prides themselves on the development and progression of their employees ensuring that employees are provided with the correct training and support to achieve their full potential.

As part of this role, you will be liaising with the Clinical Study Manager to ensure that all study start up activities with investigator sites through CRO’s are being run smoothly and in accordance to regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Management of regulatory and ethics document submissions, informed consents and any other relevant documentation to confirm sites have received full sponsor and regulatory approval before preparing the Site Initiation Visit (SIV).

• Prepare index for site master file (SMF), track and file routine clinical study documents.

• Work closely with Clinical Study Manager and CRO to generate and maintain site management activities including study and site contact lists, enrollement tracking and regulatory document tracking.

• Assist in preparation for regulatory audits.

Requirements:

• Bs/Bsc/MS/Msc in a health related field.

• Over 7 years’ experience working in clinical research experience.

• Experience with site management or monitoring.
