The Role

Roles & Responsibilities

  • You will be joining our Cloud Center of Excellence of the global Solution & Architecture team, part of IT Services.
  • You will be responsible for reviewing cost optimizations with a focus on the Azure Cloud. This will involve creating reports, following up on implementations, talking to technology experts and creating new insights further cost optimizations.
  • You create an overview of all optimizations and keep track of implementations and realized savings.
  • You administer cost optimizations and support in charging back the optimized costs to the business.
  • This role is partially administrative, financial, and technical.
    (You will be supported to understand cloud costing and what can be done to mitigate it.)

Experience Requirements

  • Ability to organize, follow up on items and create overviews
  • Financial interest
  • Communication skills
  • Azure knowledge

Technical Skills

  • Excel knowledge required
  • PowerBI knowledge is a plus
  • Azure fundamentals knowledge (if not ability to learn on short time period)

Non-technical Skills

  • A person with a passion for the job
  • Objective-oriented, self-organized and self-driven
  • A high degree of learning capabilities
  • Team player
  • Communicative
  • Strong verbal and written English Language skills is a must
