Let’s Talk About You

We are looking for cloud enthusiasts who are ready to innovate cloud services, empower our clients to accelerate their cloud capabilities and drive business value. You will act as a change agent who assesses current maturity of a client’s cloud environment and then assist in defining the technical direction and drive the adoption of Continuous Delivery patterns across the organisation. You will be an effective communicator who can evangelize the benefits of CI/CD and mentor teams, as well as translate the impacts and benefits to the key stakeholders.

Required Industry skills and experience:

Tech Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Cloud solutions (IaaS/PaaS/Big Data and Analytics)
• Strategy and Implementation for mid or large size organizations (this includes private/public Clouds – on platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc.)
  
  

Soft Skills

• 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
• Ability to build relationships with senior business and technology leaders
• Experience managing moderate-sized engagements (2-7) team members
• Presenting and delivering projects to senior leaders at organizations (e.g., Sr. Directors, Vice Presidents)
• Fluent in English and professional proficiency in French or Dutch is a plus
  
  

Architecture Skills

• Relevant experience in leading reviews of clients’ technology landscapes to identify a range of business-valued cloud use cases and selecting the preferred public cloud platform for each use case
• Ability and experience in the following areas: quantifying the business value of cloud, evaluating the organizational impact of cloud adoption, defining cloud architectural principles and articulating key security considerations for public cloud moves
• Experience in developing business cases and TCO analysis drawing tangible connections between cloud strategy and business-valued financial-success metrics
