icometrix currently has an exciting opportunity for a Cloud Security Specialist to extend our cloud infrastructure and data management

What will you do?

• Manage our AWS cloud infrastructure using tools such as Puppet, packer, CloudFormation
• Develop our AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform
• Supports IT security audits
• Manage and secure our customers medical data and (big) data for research use
• Manage, develop and secure our Kubernetes platforms
• Manage our tools: Atlassian stack, ELK stack, prometheus, grafana, …
• Manage and harden machine images
• Provide our customers (hospitals, doctors, and imaging experts) a user-friendly, stable, scalable, safe, and secure web platform of medical images and analysis results
• Take your part in supporting all those.
• Have a lot of freedom and collaborate with a diverse set of nice colleagues/ Collaborate within and outside your Agile team in an international environment

What do we think you need?

• Fit with our values and culture
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or higher degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline
• Experience with web front-end technologies and frameworks
• Experience in building complex systems based on service-oriented architecture that have been successfully delivered to customers
• Experience with some of the following topics
• Expert knowledge of information security principles, policy enforcement, operating systems and familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and common techniques used by hackers
• ELK stack
• AWS or Azure
• Cloud and system automation tools: Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins
• Docker, Kubernetes
• Security concepts
• Linux and open-source tools
• Web (application) servers: Nginx, Httpd, Tomcat
• Plus points: Familiar with ISO27001 or other information security standards, GDPR, medical device regulation
• Solid communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and share your knowledge with others
• Broad interest, IT generalist, eager to learn and keep on track of cloud and general IT evolutions
• Multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary experience, English fluency
