Responsibilities
Customer Centricity
- Customer Satisfaction - Drive positive Customer Satisfaction, and become a trusted advisor to customers and partners, by leveraging Azure Core expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes. You will actively listen and respectfully challenge to drive the best outcomes
- Customer/Partner Insights: Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant MS teams including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement.
Business Impact
- Consumption (Cloud & Support) growth:Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft’s Azure Core value proposition and get value from their investment in the Microsoft technology.
- Resolution of Customer Blockers: Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging Azure Core technical subject matter expertise.Lead the technical conversations with customers to drive value from their MS investments. Deliver all work according to MS best practices & policies and using repeatable IP.

Technical
- Well Architected Framework/Cloud Adoption Framework (WAF/CAF) foundations
- Architecture design
- Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management
- Experience with management of cloud infrastructure solutions one or more (i.e. Windows and Linux IaaS, SAP, VMware, Virtual Desktop, BCDR, Security, Management, Storage, Networking, OSS, containers, HPC, automation, monitoring and Infra as a code technologies)
- Experience with Identity/Security (Azure): Identity, Security Architecture, Security Management and Network Security
- Experience and understanding of large-scale application portfolios in enterprise-wide environments (including migration of on-premise workloads to the cloud)
- Competitive Landscape. Knowledge of cloud development platforms preferred.
- Web application server technologies, cloud application design, software architecture and practices; (design/development/deployment, Agile, SCRUM, ALM)
- Partners. Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field AND extensive years experience in information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, or related fiel
- People Management experience required
- Experience in Change Management
- Multiple Technical certifications in Cloud (e.g., Microsoft, Amazon Web Services [AWS], Google, security certifications).
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field AND extensive years experience in IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, or related field
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field AND extensive experience in information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, or related field
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience in several complex migration projects from on-prem to cloud platform for enterprise customers
- Extensive experience working in a customer-facing role.
