Your journey with us

We are looking for experienced professionals to join Monitor Deloitte’s growing and Life Sciences and Health Care industry practice.

As a member of our Monitor Deloitte team, you will work with stakeholders from many of the leading Life Sciences and health care organizations developing on a broad range of complex strategy engagements. You will contribute to a wide range of projects within the Life Sciences and health care industry, helping our clients cope with the challenges they are facing:

• Have quality discussions with clients, demonstrating creativity combined with strong industry knowledge
• Support the client in determining its strategy and defining the right set of initiatives & projects to execute upon this strategy
• Delivery of engagements, sometimes independent delivery of larger project modules and/or steering a team of junior project team members
• In addition, you play an active role in business development and eminence activities, supporting the growth of our Life Sciences and Health Care industry practice and footprint in the industry
  
  

Let’s Talk About You

• Excellent Masters or MBA degree from a reputable university
• Over two years of previous work experience at a top consultancy practice, strategy house or in a business in Life Sciences and/or health care industry
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of the Life Sciences and/or health care industry
• Insightful thinker, confident with concepts, analysis and frameworks
• Ability to plan, structure and prepare client ready-work
• Exceptional communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas to all levels of an organization, and effectively lead and manage all key stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen and market awareness
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
