Purpose of the job
The Content Management & User Experience Expert is responsible for the digital content strategy and framework across the B2C digital sales channels (web, app, etc.) of the Lufthansa Group along the customer journey. In addition to the content responsibilities, the Digital User Experience team also improves the user experience and provides consulting, while designing user flows for digital and dialogue oriented products.
The central focus is the optimization and simplification of all digital products in a complex environment and creation of outstanding user experience, as well as delivering useful and usable content.
Main tasks & responsibilities:
- Defining the digital content strategy, roadmap and the content framework production across our digital sales channels.
- Stakeholder management: consulting and improving user experience together with business owner, product owner, and cross functional teams.
- User flow design and use case modeling for sales driving platform such as web, app and dialogue oriented products.
- Storytelling, information architecture and information design along the customer journey.
- Steering of the digital experience lead agency and coordination with the agency to ensure correct and consistent presentation of editorial content, and to ensure outstanding user experience.
- Budget reporting to Head of Digital User Experience.
Your profile
- Master degree with focus on e.g. Information Studies, Information Management, Information Systems and Design, Interactive and Visual Design, User Experience Design, Media Arts, Interactive Media, Design Computing or equivalent by experience.
- Experience in UX, analytics, content management or digital sales, preferably in an international environment.
- Experience in Digital, Revenue Management or Sales is an advantage.
- Professional experience with general IT tools.
- Expert knowhow on digital content (online readability, conciseness, graphical elements, SEO, WCAG).
- Expert understanding of user centricity, target groups, user scenarios, user dialogues.
- High skillset to consult on and improve user experience across different digital channels.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design and working in CMS with templates.
- High analytical skills to model user and information flows improving digital sales experience.
- Fluency in English, French and Dutch, verbally and written is mandatory.
- Fluency in German is highly recommended.
- Knowledge of online sales / eCommerce is an advantage.
- High organizational skills and highly capable to reduce complexity.
- Very good communication skills towards cross functional teams and stakeholders.
- Flexible to work on parallel projects, problem solving way of thinking, frustration tolerant, searching for ways to move things forward.
