We are offering a challenging Quality Specialist function to support all quality management activities in Contract Logistics Team. If you wish to contribute to one of the most successful logistics organization, this is an excellent opportunity to join our team!

Your Role

The Quality Specialist will help maintain existing certifications, quality process controls, KPIs, and performance measurement and reporting processes within Contract Logistics Departments to meet both internal and external requirements and customer’s expectations. This by supporting all department heads, managers, and their customers as required.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the preparation of external/authority audits
  • Performing internal audits and risk-based audits
  • Initiating, coordinating, helping to implement and following up structural improvement actions, based on customer complaints and internal quality control (CAPA management)
  • Drawing up risk analyses and implementation plans
  • Maintain and update the various quality documents
  • Provide support for the preparation of the annual management review meeting
  • Execute legally required declarations for food
  • Implement, monitor the Healthcare management system, internal Q-control, customer complaints, audits, Quality-manual in these departments
  • Monitor temperature-controlled environment where goods are stored.
  • Carrying out and following up various qualifications and validations

Your Skills And Experiences

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
  • Work experience of at least 2 years in a Quality related position;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint…),
  • Very good verbal and written knowledge of English and Dutch required. French language is an asset
  • Quality and/or regulatory knowledge in a healthcare and pharmaceutical environment;
  • Knowledge of ISO & GDP standards, common safety and health regulations, and procedures;
  • Strong affinity with required customer quality standards;
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate on all levels, both internal and external
  • Affinity with various Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, six sigma,...)
