???? Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Control Systems Engineer with expertise in CODESYS to develop, implement, and support automation control solutions across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, program, and commission PLC and motion control systems using CODESYS-based platforms.
  • Develop modular, scalable, and maintainable control software architectures.
  • Integrate sensors, actuators, motor drives, and safety systems into industrial automation environments.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineering teams during system design and commissioning phases.
  • Perform system simulations, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting in lab and live production environments.
  • Participate in design reviews, functional specifications, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with internal safety, quality, and performance standards.

???? Profile / Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Control Engineering.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience programming PLC systems using CODESYS.
  • Experience in industrial automation environments, including conveyor systems, robotics, or packaging lines.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to testing and validation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of Dutch will be considered a plus.
