Operations Coordinator
Who we are & what we do:
The Museum of Illusions is a unique project that has quickly become one of the fastest growing educational and entertainment venues! It has locations in over 30 cities around the globe and continues to expand. This original concept was launched in Zagreb, Croatia in 2015 and has become a recognizable brand and star attraction in every city it launches in.
The Museum of Illusions - Brussels is the largest in Europe. It offers an interactive, immersive, and fun experience for children, parents, couples, grandparents - an unusual and exciting place for all generations. The fun and impressive installations will educate you about vision, perception, the human brain, and science. It will help you understand why your eyes perceive things your brain cannot.
EDUTAINMENT is our central focus with the unique experience that the museum offers: a completely interactive world aimed at optical illusions, in which many installations reinforce each other through their refined layout, movement, changes of perspective and use of color. Visitors experience a special learning moment and are thus not only spectators but also part of the illusion.
Responsibilities:
- Team coordinator: supervising and coordinating team activities & responsabilities.This includes allocating tasks, managing schedules and supporting team members in the performance of their duties.
- Team training and development.
- Customer service.
- Maintaining quality and safety standards.
Profiles we looking for:
The ideal profile for this role would be a dynamic individual with strong team management, communication and customer service skills, a results-oriented attitude and a passion for delivering an exceptional experience for visitors to the Museum of Illusions.
Level of study ?
Bachelor degree
