As part of the Quality and Risk Management (QRM) team, you will be supporting the Consulting practice in Belgium. The QRM team consists of Quality, Risk and Operations. You will be part of the Risk team.

As Coordinator Security Processes, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance related to various security measures as set out by the National Security Agency (NSA). Working closely with the Security Officer, you will be tasked with finding ways to improve and maintain the highest possible level of compliance, by reinforcing business processes and approaching the topic in a proactive manner.

Your role and responsibility will be to:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of business processes related to the security clearance process;
  • Forecast and adjust the firm’s clearance requirements;
  • Audit the firm’s compliance, both in terms of project and individual clearances;
  • Emphasize and promote best practices related to incident prevention;
  • Identify and implement ways of embedding the various processes into the firm’s core tools (automation, integration, simplification);
  • Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, including the Security Office (Officers and Management Assistants), Staff (Project Managers and Consultants);
  • Stay informed on the latest developments related to security clearances, and make the link to our business.

Let’s Talk About You

  • Professional Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Management, or other relevant field;
  • Relevant work experience with the processes related to Security Clearances (minimum 2 years).
  • Knowledge of ISO standards;
  • Strong administrative skills;
  • Analytical, pro-active and solution oriented;
  • Ability to work independently and maintain control over milestones and deliverables;
  • Experience collaborating and building consensus with a wide-range of stakeholders;
  • Fluent skills in English and Dutch or French is a must (both written and spoken);
  • Being a good team player, assertive, communicative is key as well as ability to build good relationships in an international environment with various stakeholders.
