You are responsible for
Understand strategic educational needs to support usage and penetration of Philips IGTD Coronary Vascular technologies
Design training programs to support countries in meeting their revenues targets and grow market adoption
Identify and understand unmet training needs, and provide guidance to help elaborate customize training programs
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, the respective Business Units to ensure training relevance
Build and maintain effective relationships with external and internal customers
Measure trainings effectiveness and track results post-trainings
Set-up a process to ensure appropriate follow-up and continued education post trainings
Continuously look for innovative and creative ways to deliver trainings (i.e. webcasts, peer to peer
You are a part of
International Education and Training team within Image-Guided Therapy Devices.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Medical background
Experience in a training and education is an advantage
Medical devices industry or academic experience preferred
Communicate clearly, concisely, accurately and completely with the ability to adjust communication style to targeted audience and culture
Well-structured and organized with an eye for details
Able to operate effectively in multicultural matrix organization
Influencing skills are essential in obtaining the information from other departments in a timely manner
True collaborative approach in a fast paced environment
Travel up to 40% within territory
