Taken en verantwoordelijkhedenThe temporary colleague will report to the Supervisor Credit & Receivables and be mainly responsible for customer accounting activities, working together in a team of 5 people.
Key Responsibilities
- Sending standardized reminder letters to customers about unpaid invoices, using our credit management software.
- Processing e-mails from customers and replying to them politely and professionally.
- Daily bank statements: Assigning incoming payments to the correct customer account.
- Checking the outstanding balance on customer accounts and releasing orders using our accounting program.
- Administrative tasks related to customer accounting.
- Have good computer skills including Excel.
- Possess an excellent knowledge of English. Other European languages are an advantage.
- Be a good team player, capable of working on own initiative.
- Be able to work in an organized way with attention to details.
