Over de functieFor a company in Puurs, we are looking for a Credit Controller.Tasks:
  • Responisble for the maintenance and publication of the performance dashboard calendar
  • Maintenance & archiving of the data required for the preparation of the process efficiency dashboard;
  • Extract data, ensure data quality, prepare the global & regional Dashboard;
  • Maintain the definitions of the KPIs;
  • Attend monthly regional calls along with other members of the Global Programs, prepare minutes and perform follow-up as requested;
  • Working with the Senior Director, Global Programs, analyse the data and prepare questions and analysis to facilitate discussions in the regional meetings;
  • Work closely together with finance teams across the globe, identify process gaps and other ways to improve efficiency and quality in the finance processes, and as a result improve the KPI’s;
  • Working with finance teams on adopting new ways of working, training & working instructions;
  • Assist in driving existing projects of the Global SSC team.

Functie-eisenAre you the perfect fit?
  • A minimum of 3 years experience within a financial controlling / audit function
  • Experience working in an international environment within a multinational company (preferable within transport and logistics)
  • Working with a finance operation teams in measuring and monitoring efficiency and quality
  • Experience in SAP 4 Hana, Power BI or Business Objects or other dashboard experience very desirable
  • Project experience is a plus
  • Strong Excel knowledge
