JOB DESCRIPTION
Secure and deploy end-to-end CRM campaigns for marketing & loyalty programs (consolidate needs, build, test, deployment, analyze).
Support the CRM team in developing the customer’s engagement strategy (B2B & B2C) through multi channels (email, mobile notification, personalization, etc..)
Track & Report on campaign performance & recommend on future enhancements
Progressively provide recommendation on processes and content improvements to increase digital member engagement
Support the team and external partners in defining and testing new functionalities and capabilities across the Radisson Hotel Group CRM landscape.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience with Marketing Automation platform (SAP HYBRIS or similar) and digital analytics or BI tools (Adobe Omniture or similar) is a plus but not a mandatory requirement
Basic knowledge/familiarity with HTML/CSS is a strong plus.
Must be creative, detail oriented, possess a strong work ethic, be willing to learn and have a burning desire to succeed
Ability to manage small projects alone and work independently with marketing, loyalty, and other internal teams
Reports to Senior manager Global CRM on the daily activities
Must be able to independently plan and prioritize tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Fluent in English is a must, additional language(s) are a plus
