We are looking for our new CRM & Lifecycle Marketing superhero!
We want to accelerate the adoption of our services and engagement of our users experiencing the Sortlist platform.
As our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be a key player in developing and evolving a best-in-class lifecycle and engagement marketing strategy for our platforms across Europe. You will bring to life a strategy to activate, delight and retain customers, and drive loyalty and lifetime value through engagement. Furthermore, you will be able to play your magic on the design, execution and reporting for various digital marketing campaigns, using our platform ActiveCampaign.
Last but not least, you have a personal interest in staying current on emerging automation best practices, are always eager to roll up your sleeves, test out the latest concepts, and you could live with this such motto “Test. Optimise. Automate.”
Ownership
You’ll be part of the Lifecycle Marketing team and you will be responsible for:
- Research and definition of customer personas, ideal customer profiles on our demand side
- Work in collaboration with the different marketing departments (Paid, Content, SEO) to align the communication toward our audience and across their journeys
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to build adoption and retention loops that drive customer value based on their desired practice outcomes
- Work closely with Customer Success and Product to scale their efforts delighting customers and delivering value
- Activate and engage dormants audience
- Build connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to rapidly iterate on messaging and positioning across the customer journey
- Drive experimentation on emails, text messages, multi-channels campaigns and in-product education to influence customer adoption, satisfaction and retention
- Build relationships with Lifecycle Marketing, CRM and Customer Success platforms to innovate, experiment and troubleshoot our campaigns
Your profile
- 2+ years of experience in CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing or retention marketing roles in a startup/scaleup environment or a B2B company
- Battle-tested experience collaborating cross-functionally to drive acquisition, retention and customer expansion
- Deep understanding of acquisition funnels and customer journeys, and how marketing & sales work together to create success
- A/B testing, personalisation, segmentation, targeting experimentation knowledge
- Experience conceiving and building new programs from scratch, using data and customer insights
- Technical marketing experience building communications with tools is preferred
- Additional expertise in building automation scripts or writing SQL is a plus
- You are a problem solver with excellent internal and customer-facing communication skills
- You are keen to develop new skills, work independently, you are proactive and not afraid of looking for solutions on your own
- English proficiency in business writing to translate and scale solutions marketing and engineering concepts into multi-channel key messages throughout the client journey

The full process on the recruitment
- Step 1 : 15-30 min screening with Daniela, our Talent Acquisition Officer to better understand your background, your expectations and answer your questions
- Step 2 : A first interview with one colleague of the Lifecycle Marketing department, to deep dive into your experience, answer situational and technical questions and test your skills
- Step 3 : A test case with a couple of questions to understand your way of working and analyse the solutions you suggest for each situation/problem.
- Step 4 : If the test is successful, a final interview will be planned with one of the founders, to assess your cultural fit to Sortlist, to our values and working methods, and discuss your expectations in detail.
- Step 5 : We commit to providing an offer or feedback within 3 working days
