Group/Division

KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

A key management which forms a vital part of the EPC Finance function and a key position within the ICOS Division. With the primary responsibility of managing divisional reporting requirements and being a highly effective business partner to ICOS Division to maximise value for the business whilst ensuring technical standards are adhered to and maintaining integrity of results. The role holder will be directly responsible for ICOS FP&A finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business partner to the ICOS Division, produce timely and accurate management information to help drive business performance
  • Provide timely and accurate financial information to EPC Division and KLA Finance
  • Maintain an environment of continuous improvement and drive a culture of efficient work practices both within the Finance team and with other key business partners.
  • Develop and maintain streamlined reporting and analysis tools
  • Manage the annual strategic plan budgeting process providing finance support for ICOS Division
  • Using effective financial modelling, providing management with regular financial forecasts and information for both Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Work with ICOS functions and KLA Operations to drive continuous improvement in Margin and PFO
  • Coach and mentor the ICOS Division Finance Analyst
  • Develop strong relationships with the ICOS Accounting team.
