My client is Brussels is looking for somebody to head up the Software department and become the companies new CTO and lead a team of 5-10 developers.

The ideal candidate has experience working in scale-ups and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong technical JavaScript background.
  • Scrum experience.
  • Approachable and attentive.
  • Fluent English oral and written.
  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Lives in Belgium.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Experience hiring + interviewing.
