Maersk Supply Chain Management is looking for a highly motivated Customer Experience Agent to join one of our teams in supporting on one of the growing department: Team LCL Import & Export. The role offers a great opportunity to learn, develop and challenge yourself in a very international team.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage overview of inbound CONSOL containers / LCL (import & export) shipments keeping track of ETA/ETD, releases / booking, unloading / BL releases, customs release/shipping deliveries and final deliveries
  • Managing various updates in database, taking responsibility for the data integrity
  • Develop strong understanding of customer needs through building a close relationship
  • Identify areas of improvements and active supporting the implementation of agreed improvements, products and systems
  • Maintain a commercial and cost-optimization focus
  • Financial focus per file on daily basis
  • Respond to ad hoc situations and deliver best in class solutions

Skills & Knowledge
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Pro-active, customer-oriented mindset
  • Creative problem solver with continuous improvement mindset
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications with focus on Excel
  • Thorough understanding of key events and players in the logistical import & export flow
  • Experience in LCL (Less Container Load) is a bonus
