The Modular team in Roeselare is looking for a capable and driven Order Intaker to join them.

What you’ll do

As part of Modular’s Order To Cash team...

  • You’ll manage the order entry mailbox.

  • You’ll communicate with customers via e-mail or phone regarding outstanding orders.

  • You’ll put customer orders and the specific wishes (delivery time, delivery conditions, ...) in SAP.

  • You’ll plan the production orders in SAP, if there are no shortages of stock.

  • You’ll send the order confirmation, and that within the promised specified period (24h).

  • You’ll adapt customer orders and communicate this to the customer and the involved departments.

What you’ll need

  • You’re owner of a Bachelor degree

  • You’ve knowledge of SAP (would be a plus)

  • You’ve good language skills (NL, FR, ENG) - verbal and written

  • You’re very customer-oriented.

  • You’ll strive to complete the order registration process on time, for that you’re able to work under pressure

  • You’re a team player and very enthusiastic

  • You’re interested in the LEAN mindset
